• Custom Orders / Availability
  Please note that some of our designs are custom-made. This means that the item was created specifically for your pet based on the size information you have provided to us. For this reason, custom orders may not be exchanged, returned, or refunded. We do not keep stock on all items available. If in stock, we will ship your order immediately. Other times orders may need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, items may take up to approximately 2 - 4 weeks to ship
  
  Shipping Policy
  Many of Chloe Cole items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. For this reason, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Any items that are currently in stock will be shipped immediately. The preferred carriers of Chloe Cole are UPS and US Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are available upon request. CHLOE COLE PET COUTURE does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Insurance may be available for an additional fee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition within 7 days of receipt for merchandise exchange or store credit. Store Credits will not include the shipping and handling costs. We reserve the right to determine if a product is in used or non-saleable condition. Special Value (i.e. sale or clearance items), treats, and other perishables are final sale. Please call 209-815-9663 for a return confirmation number.
  
  Non-returnable "Custom" and "Special Order" items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note details within each item's description. One exchange per item is permitted.
